Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Miami, FL, the day after they are received, except for orders placed on Friday, which are shipped the following Monday. Delivery times depend on the recipient’s location in relation to the state of Florida.

Shipments are handled via the United States Postal Service (USPS), without insurance or signature requirements. Once your package is sent, you will receive an email with the invoice and tracking information.

Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage of the package during transit to its final destination.

Shipped orders are not returnable unless the product is damaged, defective, or shipped in error. Please report all shortages/defective product to customer service within 7 days of receipt. When returning damaged, defective or shipped in error product, the invoice number and reason for the return must be stated clearly, and the return must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt.

When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected using encryption protocols, such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), to ensure secure and confidential processing.

We charge sales tax for shipments to Florida (7.0%). No tax is charged for shipments to other states, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

For online orders, we will require certain information, including your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, and email address, to complete your online order and provide the best possible service.
